The NicotineNarcs (NN) project is a group of strong confident young people who are educating & modeling healthy smoke-free standards for all. The Teens Talking Truth (T3) are an area group of Macomb County teens who inform & train their peers on the risks of alcohol & other drugs. Young people, when empowered, can meet any expectation!
